Savor Mediterranean fusion and French cuisine influenced by the skill and personality of Rockwell's very own master chef, Chef Jessie Sincioco. Chef Jessie was hand-picked to cook for His Holiness Pope Francis during the Pontiff's four-day visit to the Philippines in 2015 and was assigned to lead the preparation of the gala dinner for the heads of state and delegates during the ASEAN Summit in 2017.
